MAT is a fully-equipped athletic training facility located in Fraser Hockeyland. Their professional trainers offer programs to increase athletic performance, rehab from injury, and improve overall physical fitness for people at all levels. In addition, they offer on and off-ice hockey camps and training programs that focus on increasing skills, strength, and power.
